摘  要:为扩展传统非线性光学领域,促进全新光电子器件形成、发展,以空间光孤子为研究对象,探讨空间光孤子在超常介质中的传输特性。利用电场强度与电位移矢量、磁场强度矢量与磁感应强度矢量,界定超常介质中电磁波传输形式。将超常介质中的电磁波传输方程从时间域变换至频率域中,分离非线性极化与磁化强度。联立电磁波传输约束条件,在中心频谱附近展开波数、相对介电常数以及相对磁导率,完成逆傅里叶变换与时域电场、磁场传输耦合方程构建。经过标量近似处理,推导出两光束传输特性耦合方程。根据设计的光束传输距离计算流程,实现数值求解。仿真实验阶段中,依据初始光束宽度与超常介质非线性响应函数相关长度比值,设定数值模拟初始条件。模拟交叉相位调制效应下两种状态的传输数值,发现该效应在维持空间光孤子稳态传输方面具有重要作用。To expand the field of traditional nonlinear optics and promote the formation and development of new optoelectronic devices,the spatial optical soliton is used as the research object to discuss the transmission characteristics of the spatial optical soliton in supernormal media.Using the electric field intensity and the electric displacement vector,the magnetic field intensity vector and the magnetic induction intensity vector,the electromagnetic wave transmission form in the paranormal medium is defined,the electromagnetic wave transmission equation in the paranormal medium is transformed from the time domain to the frequency domain,and the nonlinear polarization and magnetization are separated.Simultaneous electromagnetic wave transmission constraint conditions,expand the wave number,relative permittivity and relative permeability near the central frequency spectrum,complete the inverse Fourier transform and time-domain electric and magnetic transmission coupling equations.After scalar approximation processing,the coupling equation of beam transmission characteristics is solved numerically according to the designed calculation process of beam transmission distance.In the simulation experiment stage,based on the ratio of the initial beam width to the relative length of the nonlinear response function of the meta-medium,the initial conditions of the numerical simulation are set.The two-state transmission value under the cross-phase modulation effect is simulated,and it is found that the effect plays an important role in maintaining the steady-state transmission of the spatial optical soliton.
