国土三调正射影像生产辅助软件设计与开发

摘　　要：第三次全国国土调查作为一项重大的国情国力调查,其正射影像质量的优劣将直接影响调查数据的生产。目前现有的通用型地理信息软件,还无法满足县域分幅这种特殊形式的正射影像数据生产和质检的需要。鉴于此,基于ArcGIS平台设计并开发了工具条,有针对性地实现了项目生产中所需的海量影像显示、数据处理、镶嵌线编辑和质检等功能。该软件已被多个生产单位实践应用,其稳定性好、操作便捷,通过批量操作,能很好地提高数据处理和质检效率。The third national land survey is an important survey of the national conditions and strength.The quality of the orthoimage directly influences the production of the survey data.But the existing geographical information software can’t meet the demands of production and quality inspection of orthoimage data in the special form of county level.On the basis of this,we designed and developed a toolbar based on ArcGIS platform,which could contrapuntally realize the functions needed in production,such as massive image display,data processing,mosaic editor and quality inspection.The software has been applied in many production units.The result shows that this software is stable and operates easily and conveniently,which can improve the efficiency of data processing and quality inspection by batch operation.
