浅谈心电图危急值报告的分析和改进

摘　　要：目的在实际临床工作中,存在心电图危急值范围不统一、上报不规范、报告制度不合理的地方,本文通过阐述国内外危急值发展进程,结合实际工作中遇到的各种问题,提出危急值报告制度的改进方法。方法回顾分析本院2018年6月1日至2019年5月31日心电图危急值上报情况,结合本院心电图危急值报告制度及上报流程(现执行),对比、分析了1857例患者临床心电图危急值上报、科室分布、临床处理情况。结果心电图危急值报告涉及到全院所有科室,涉及范围非常广;心电图危急值差异随医院等级不同而不同,统一性较差。结论危急值报告直接涉及患者的生命安全,建立健全意义重大;针对危急值报告制度难以统一执行的成因复杂性,非常有必要进一步持续化改进。Objective In actual clinical work, there are areas where the range of ECG crisis values is not uniform, reporting is not standardized, and the reporting system is unreasonable. This article proposes a crisis value report by describing the development process of crisis values at home and abroad, and combining various problems encountered in actual work System improvement methods. Methods Retrospective analysis of the report of the critical value of the electrocardiogram of our hospital from June 1, 2018 to May 31, 2019, combined with the report system and reporting process of the ECG crisis value of the hospital(current implementation), compared and analyzed the report of the clinical ECG crisis value of 1857 patients, Department distribution, clinical treatment. Results The electrocardiogram critical value report involves all departments of the whole hospital, and the scope is very wide, the difference in the electrocardiogram crisis value varies with the hospital level, and the uniformity is poor. Conclusions Crisis value reporting directly relates to the safety of the patient’s life, and it is of great significance to establish and improve;in view of the complexity of the cause of the difficulty of uniform implementation of the crisis value reporting system, there is a need for further continuous improvement.
