摘　　要：目的分析同源心室分离(Autoploidy Ventricular Dissociation,AVD)的心电图表现。方法选择3例同源心室分离患者,分析心电图。结果同源心室分离比较罕见,如同时伴随其它心律紊乱,心电图(ECG)表现复杂,增加诊断的难度。结论心电图分析有助于诊断同源心室分离,避免延误治疗。本文报道3例同源心室分离的特殊心电图表现。Objective To analyze the ECG performance of autoploidy ventricular dissociation(AVD). Methods Three patients with AVD were selected and the electrocardiogram was analyzed. Results AVD is relatively rare, such as accompanied by other heart rhythm disturbances, and the electrocardiogram(ECG) performance is complicated,which increases the difficulty of diagnosis. Conclusions ECG analysis is helpful to diagnose AVD and avoid delay in treatment. This article reports 3 cases of special ECG manifestations of AVD.
