协调性与非协调性完全性左束支阻滞的分析

摘　　要：目的研究对比分析协调性与非协调性完全性左束支阻滞的分布情况及其对心功能的影响。方法选取我院2016年1至2019年6月完全性左束支阻滞患者心电图107例进行分析。结果其中男性45例;女性62例;协调性完全性左束支阻滞患者31例,非协调性完全性左束支阻滞患者76例。协调性和非协调性完全性左束支阻滞患者左室射血分数比较,有显著差异(57.23%±6.33%vs. 51.62%±11.81%)。结论了解不同类别的左束支阻滞,可以帮助医生更好地判断患者病情及制定治疗计划。Objective To study and compare the distribution of coordinated and non-coordinated complete left bundle branch block and its influence on cardiac function. Methods The ECG of 107 patients with complete left bundle branch in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2019 were selected and analyzed. Results Among the 107 patients, 45 were males and 62 were females. 31 were coordinated, and 76 were uncoordinated. There were 31 patients with coordinated complete left bundle branch block and 76 patients with uncoordinated complete left bundle branch block. Compared with coordination, the incidence of non-coordination and the degree of heart damage are higher than coordination, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusions The different types of the left bundle branch block is helpful to access the patient’s clinical situation and to make an appropriate management plan.
