摘　　要：自我效能感是自身能否利用所拥有的技能去完成某项工作行为的自信程度。自我效能感在慢性病患者的研究中越来越重要,主要包括高血压、糖尿病、脑卒中及呼吸系统慢性疾病等。笔者对结核病患者的自我效能感相关研究的意义,结核病病种自我效能感测评工具的研究现状,以及结核病患者自我效能感的影响因素进行综述。Self-efficacy is the level of self-confidence in their ability to use skills they possess to accomplish a certain task or behavior.Self-efficacy assessment is increasingly important in studies of patients with chronic diseases,including hypertension,diabetes,stroke,and respiratory system chronic diseases,etc.The author summarized the significance,current status of studies about self-efficacy of tuberculosis patients,together with influencing factors of self-efficacy.
