摘  要:以汽车顶盖为例,对单一顶盖多种状态共用模具方案进行阐述,列举手动控制、机床控制、气动控制、工序控制4种方式,并介绍了通过天窗的浮动凸模实现汽车顶盖天窗状态快速切换的气动控制结构,浮动凸模与上模采用导柱导向。通过活动垫板的位置控制凸模的工作高度,配合压料器进行限位,可以在模具的不同位置工作,实现天窗孔冲与不冲2种状态的切换。Taking the body roof as an example,the sharing die for a car roof with different states was described,and four methods such as the manual control,tool control,pneumatic control,and process control were enumerated.The pneumatic control structure that realized the fast change of the skylight state through the floating punch was introduced.The floating punch and upper half of die were guided by the guide pillar,the working height of the punch was controlled by the position of the movable backing plate,and the limit was carried out with the clamping component,which could work in different positions of the die and realize the switch between the skylight punching and non-punching.
