借鉴前代经验教训而制修法的中华传统立法轨迹

摘　　要：中华民族法律文明历史悠久,源流清晰,特色鲜明,内涵丰富且从未中断,而借鉴前代经验教训而制修法是中华传统法的重要特征。在我国全面进行依法治国而不断完善我国立法的今天,对我国历史上借鉴前代经验教训而制修法的中华立法传统进行研究具有一定的现实意义。The Chinese nation’s legal civilization has a long history with a clear origin, distinct characteristics, rich connotation and never interrupted, and drawing lessons from the previous generation of experience and revise the law is an important feature of the Traditional Chinese law.It is of certain practical significance to study the Chinese legislative tradition of drawing on the experience and lessons from the previous generations in the history of our country.
