摘　　要：连云港历史悠久,文化资源丰厚,文化禀赋特异,拥有发展文创产业的天然优势。但是受限于人口体量、区域经济发展水平、区域区位性质以及人才集聚水平等因素,连云港文创产业发展较为滞后。连云港文创产业要想突破当前的困局,必须注重凝练城市文化品牌,打造平台化文化创意产业体系,加强人才队伍建设。Lianyungang has a long history,rich cultural resources and a unique cultural endowment,which together make up its natural advantages in the development of cultural and creative industries.However,due to factors such as its population size,regional economic development level,regional location and talent concentration level,Lianyungang's cultural and creative industry(hereinafter referred to as CCI)lags behind.If Lianyungang's cultural and creative industry wants to break through the current predicament,it must put an emphasis on condensing the city,s cultural brand,building a platform system of cultural and creative industry and strengthening the construction of talent team as well.
