摘 要:针对机械撞击式火工冲击环境试验中需要反复调试以实现试验条件等问题,提出了一种机械撞击式冲击环境模拟装置并研究了装置的调节参数对冲击环境的影响规律。设计了一套采用轻气炮加载并具有多调节参数的冲击环境模拟装置。采用冲击试验和数值仿真相结合研究了装置的调节参数,如轻气炮气室压强、连接杆定位孔位置、加载板厚度等对设备安装板上的冲击响应谱(shock response spectrum,SRS)的影响规律。拟合了冲击环境与调节参数之间定量的关系式并总结了相应的表格。通过火工冲击信号在该装置上进行准确模拟验证了装置的可行性和研究规律的可靠性。研究表明:轻气炮气室压强与谐振板冲击响应谱幅值近似成幂次方关系,连接杆定位孔和加载板厚度可实现冲击响应谱拐点频率的大范围调节等。In order to overcome the problem of repeated debugging process in pyroshock tests of mechanical impact type,a simulation platform was presented and the effect of its adjustable parameters on the pyroshock environment was examined.The simulation platform,with multiple adjustable parameters and excited by a light gas gun was designed.The shock tests and numerical analysis were combined to investigate the effect rules of adjustable parameters,such as the pressure in the gas chamber,the positions of the connectors,and the thickness of the loading board,on the shock response spectrum(SRS)of the mounting plate of the device.At the same time,the quantitative relationships between the pyroshock environment and the adjustable parameters were acquired by fitting or the corresponding tables were summarized.The practicability of the platform and the reliability of the effect rules were verified through a typical pyroshock signal.The results indicate that the pressures in the gas chamber has an approximate power-law relationship with the magnitude of the SRS of the resonant plate,and the positions of connectors combined with the loading plate thickness can realize the large range adjustment of knee frequency.
