摘 要:高速铁路声屏障受通行高速列车的列车风反复激励,连接螺栓会发生松弛。为预测反复横向剪切荷载长期作用下高速铁路声屏障螺栓的松弛程度,利用软件ANSYS建立考虑螺纹螺旋效应的三维有限元模型,利用降温法施加预紧力,加载交变横向力,研究不同横向力幅值、初始预紧力及螺纹螺距相应的松弛速率。结果表明,横向力幅值越大、初始预紧力越小、螺纹螺距越小,松弛速率越快。通过引入部分假设,建立了一种简易方法用于预测确定荷载谱下声屏障螺栓的松弛程度,研究成果对声屏障螺栓维护有指导意义。The noise barrier of high-speed railway is repeatedly excited by the wind of high-speed passing trains and its bolted joints will fail due to vibration induced loosening.In order to predict the loosening degree of the bolts under cyclic transverse shear load,a three-dimensional finite element model considering the spiral effect of threads was established by ANSYS.The preload was applied by the temperature method,and the alternating transverse force was loaded.The loosening rates corresponding to different transverse force amplitude,initial preload and thread pitch were studied.The results show that the larger the amplitude of transverse force,the smaller the initial preload and the smaller the pitch of thread,the faster the loosening rate.By introducing some hypotheses,a simple method was established to predict the loosening degree of the noise barrier bolts under specific load spectrum.The results have guiding significance for noise barrier bolts maintenance.
