摘  要:通过系统优化,提高盐水质量,离子膜电解在较低的槽电压下运行,余热利用后蒸汽消耗降低明显,碱液冷却设备、氢气冷却水换热设备结垢明显减少,检维修成本降低,化盐精制剂、电解自用酸碱量减少,电解生产系统的运行成本大幅降低。Through the optimization of the system,the quality of brine was improved,the ionic membrane electrolysis was operated at a lower cell voltage,the steam consumption was reduced obviously after the waste heat was utilized,the scaling of the Alkali Liquid cooling equipment and the hydrogen gas cooling water heat exchanger was reduced obviously,and the cost of maintenance was reduced,salt refining agent,electrolytic self-use acid and base has been reduced,electrolytic production system operating costs are greatly reduced.
