高龄孕妇妊娠晚期异常心电图对分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨高龄孕妇妊娠晚期异常心电图对分娩结局的影响。方法:选择2018年1月至2021年2月于佛山市妇幼保健院产科住院的100例妊娠晚期高龄孕妇(≥35周岁)作为高龄组,以及同期产科门诊常规产检的105例妊娠晚期适龄孕妇(<35周岁)作为适龄组,两组均接受心电图检查,比较两组异常心电图发生率,比较高龄孕妇妊娠晚期异常心电图和正常心电图中不良妊娠结局发生率以及新生儿体重。结果:高龄组异常心电图总发生率高于适龄组(22.0%比4.8%,χ^(2)=13.309,P<0.05)。妊娠晚期高龄孕妇中异常心电图组不良妊娠结局发生率高于正常心电图组(27.2%比5.2%,χ^(2)=15.524,P<0.05),异常心电图组新生儿体重为(2489±137)g,正常心电图组新生儿体重为(3028±371)g,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.960,P<0.05)。结论:妊娠晚期高龄孕妇心电图容易出现异常,异常心电图会增加不良妊娠结局发生率。Objective:To explore the influence of abnormal electrocardiogram(ECG)in the third trimester of pregnancy on delivery outcome in advanced maternal age.Methods:One hundred advanced maternal age in the third trimester of pregnancy in Foshan Women and Children Hospital from January 2018 to February 2021,were enrolled as advanced age group(≥35 years old),and 105 pregnant women(<35 years old)in the third trimester of pregnancy in the same period were enrolled as proper age group.The electrocardiography was performed in the two groups.The incidence rate of abnormal ECG,the incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcomes in abnormal ECG and normal ECG in the third trimester of advanced maternal age and neonatal weight were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of abnormal ECG in the advanced age group was higher than that in the proper age group(22.0%vs.4.8%,χ^(2)=13.309,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in abnormal ECG group was higher than that in normal ECG group(27.2%vs.5.2%,χ^(2)=15.524,P<0.05).The neonatal weight in abnormal ECG group was(2489±137)g,(3028±371)g in normal ECG group,with statistically significant(t=8.960,P<0.05).Conclusion:The ECG of advanced maternal age in the third trimester is prone to abnormality,and abnormal ECG will increase the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
