摘 要:中药汤剂是现代中医临床中应用最为广泛的剂型之一,其质量与临床疗效密切相关,受到历代医者的重视。随着现代机器煎药技术的发展,汤剂质量的影响因素愈加复杂,使中药汤剂的质量控制已经成为中药领域研究的重要课题。拟通过对汤剂质量的影响因素进行浅析,并结合工作体会就控制汤剂质量的方法和措施进行讨论,以期为提高汤剂质量、保障临床疗效提供参考。Traditional Chinese medicine decoction is one of the most widely used dosage forms in modern clinical practice. Its quality is closely related to clinical efficacy, and has been attached great attention by doctors of all ages. With the development of modern decocting technology, the factors affecting the quality of decoction are more and more complicated, which makes the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine decoction become an important subject in the field of medicine. The factors affecting the quality of decoction were analyzed, and the methods and measures to control the quality of decoction were discussed based on the working experience in this paper, which might provide reference for improving the quality of decoction and ensuring the clinical efficacy.
