摘　　要：提出了一种沸腾床加氢反应器气液分布器结构,通过CFD数值模拟的方式对气液分布器的几何结构与性能之间的关系进行了详细分析。模拟结果表明:进气段斜孔结构主要为气相通道,气体垂直流入会阻碍液体向上流动,从而增加分布器压力降;泡罩多孔板结构会导致气泡的聚并生长,而且流体垂直撞击安装挡板会造成能量损失;泡罩斜管结构特点导致分布器的吹扫面积与几何结构类似,容易产生催化剂沉积。根据模拟结果,取消原结构中进口段的斜孔和出口处的多孔分布板,在泡罩下端开条缝,将斜管出口的开孔改为通缝结构,同时调整中心管部内孔板和条缝的相对位置,形成改进结构。通过模拟计算对比,改进结构较原结构具有更低的压力降和更大的影响区域,综合性能更佳。A gas-liquid distributor structure for ebullated bed hydrogenation reactor is proposed.The relationship between the geometric structure and performance of the gas-liquid distributor is analyzed in detail by CFD numerical simulation.The simulation results show that the inclined hole structure in the inlet section is mainly gas phase channel,and the vertical inflow of gas will hinder the upward flow of liquid,thus increasing the pressure drop of the distributor;the perforated plate structure of bubble cap will lead to the aggregation and growth of bubbles,and the vertical impact of fluid on the installed baffle will also cause energy loss;due to the structural characteristics of the inclined tube of the bubble cap,the purging area of the distributor is similar to the geometric structure,which is easy to produce catalyst deposition.According to the simulation results,cancel the inclined hole at the inlet section and the porous distribution plate at the outlet in the original structure,open a slits at the lower end of the bubble cap,change the opening at the inclined pipe into slits,and adjust the relative position of orifice plate and slits in the center pipe to form an improved structure.The simulation results show that the improved structure has lower pressure drop,larger influence area and better comprehensive performance than the original structure.
