重整增压机汽轮机主汽门填料泄漏原因分析与对策

摘　　要：某公司连续重整装置重整产物分离罐压力控制采用美国压缩机控制公司的控制系统(CCC系统),实际生产运行中发现:重整增压机汽轮机主汽门频繁动作,开度波动高达±20%,导致密封填料磨损加剧并发生泄漏。对影响汽轮机主汽门开度的因素进行分析,通过采取稳定重整产氢量、稳定压缩机各分液罐温度、稳定压缩机后路压力、调整增压机调速油信号、调整增压机操作点等针对性措施可稳定主汽门开度。各项措施实施后,汽轮机主汽门开度波动由±20%降低至±5%,小时波动在±0.5%,汽轮机主汽门填料未再发生泄漏,有力保障了重整增压机的长周期运行。The pressure control of the reformed product separation tank of a company’s continuous reforming unit of adopts the control system of the American Compressor Controls Corporation(CCC).In the actual production and operation,the main throttle valve of steam turbine of reforming turbocharger acts frequently,and the opening fluctuation is as high as ±20%,resulting in increased wear of sealing packing and leakage.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the valve opening,it is found that the main valve opening can be stabilized through stabilizing the reforming hydrogen production,stabilizing the temperature of each sub-tank of the compressor,stabilizing the compressor rear pressure,adjusting the speed control oil signal of the turbocharger,and adjusting the operating point of the turbocharger and so on.After the implementation of various measures,the fluctuation of the main valve opening of the steam turbine is reduced from ±20% to ±5%,and the hourly fluctuation range is ±0.5%.The packing of the main valve of the steam turbine do not leak again,which effectively guaranteed the long-term operation of reforming turbocharger.
