摘  要:试验研究不同发酵剂的发酵饲料对生长育肥猪生长性能、饲料养分消化率及血液生化指标的影响。选择48头30 kg左右的三元杂交商品猪,进行为期102 d的饲喂试验,饲喂试验分为:动物体重<55 kg为生长期,体重>55 kg至出栏为育肥期。随机分配为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验T1、T2、T3组分别利用三菌复合发酵剂、商品酶发酵剂以及菌发酵剂发酵的秸秆饲料替代基础日粮中10%(生长期)和15%(育肥期)的玉米饲料。结果显示,T1组料重比显著小于T3组(P<0.05)。T1组谷丙转氨酶含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在生长期,T1、T2、T3的血磷和三酰甘油含量都高于对照组。在育肥期,T1组碱性磷酸酶含量明显低于其他3组(P<0.05)。综上,秸秆发酵饲料替换部分玉米饲料可以促进猪的生长发育及消化系统的优化,降低饲养成本。The experiment researched the effects of fermented feed with different starters on the growth performance,feed nutrient digestibility and blood biochemical indexes of growing-finishing pigs.Select 48 ternary hybrid commercial pigs with a weight of about 30 kg for a 102-day feeding experiment.The feeding experiment was divided into animal weight<55 kg for the growth period and weight>55 kg to the slaughter for the fattening period.Randomly allocated to 4 groups,each group had 3 repetitions,and each repetition had 4 heads.The control group was fed the basal diet,and the test T1,T2,and T3 groups used three-strain compound starter,commercial enzyme starter,and bacterial starter fermented straw feed to replace 10%(growth period)and 15%of the basic diet(Fattening period)corn feed.The results showed that the feed-to-weight ratio of the T1 group was significantly lower than that of the T3 group(P<0.05);the content of alanine aminotransferase in the T1 group was significantly high⁃er than that of the control group(P<0.05);in the growth period,T1,T2,and T2 The blood phosphorus and triglyceride levels of T3 were higher than those of the control group;during the fattening period,the alkaline phosphatase content of the T1 group was significantly lower than that of the other three groups(P<0.05).In summary,replacing part of corn feed with straw fermented feed could promote the growth and development of pigs,optimize the digestive system and reduce feeding costs.
