摘  要:试验旨在研究低饲粮阴阳离子差(DCAD,mmol/kg DM)对经乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)诱导的低血钙山羊的钙调因子水平及瘤胃发酵的影响。选择6只年龄、体重差异不显著的健康母羊,将其随机分为两组(对照组、处理组),每组3个重复,每个重复1只羊。饲粮处理分为两个阶段:①在基础饲粮中添加2%EDTA引起低血钙;②在此情况下,对照组饲喂高DCAD饲粮(DCAD=203 mmol/kg DM),处理组饲喂低DCAD饲粮(DCAD=-170 mmol/kg DM),其中处理组饲粮为在对照组基础上添加45 g/d的阴离子盐(MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O+MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O)。结果表明:①两组试验羊干物质采食量(DMI)差异不显著(P>0.05)。处理组尿液pH显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。②处理组血浆Ca2+水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,处理组血浆维生素D受体(VDR)、瞬时受体电位通道香草酸受体6(TRPV6)和细胞膜钙泵(PMCA1b)水平显著升高(P<0.05)。但血浆钠钙交换体1(NCX1)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平不受影响(P>0.05)。③除处理组瘤胃丙酸水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其余瘤胃发酵参数差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加EDTA络合剂引起山羊低血钙后,饲喂低DCAD饲粮有利于血钙水平恢复并可提高钙调因子水平,不影响瘤胃发酵。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of low dietary cation-anion difference(DCAD;mmol/kg DM)on regulatory factors levels of calcium and rumen fermentation in goats with hypocalcemia induced by EDTA.Six healthy ewes with no significant difference in age and weight were divided into two groups(control and trial groups),with three replicates in each group and one goat in each replicate.Dietary treatment was divided into two phases:①Added 2%ethyl⁃ene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA)complexingagent to basal diet caused hypocalcemia.②The control group was fed a high-DCAD diet(DCAD=203 mmol/kg DM),while the trial group was fed a low-DCAD diet(DCAD=-170 mmol/kg DM)in this situation.The diet of the trial group was supplemented with 45 g/d of anionic salt(MgSO4·7H2O+MgCl2·6H2O)on the basis of the control group.The results showed that:①There was no significant difference in dry matter intake(DMI)between the two groups(P>0.05)and the urine pH of the trial group was sig⁃nificantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).②The plasma Ca2+level of the trial group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,plasma vitamin D recep⁃tor(VDR),transient receptor potential vanilloid receptor 6(TRPV6)and plasma membrane Ca-ATPase 1b(PMCA1b)levels were significantly increased in the trial group(P<0.05).The plasma levels of Na+/Ca2+exchanger 1(NCX1)and parathyroid hormone(PTH)were not affected in the two groups(P>0.05).③The rumen fermentation parameters had no significant difference(P>0.05)except that the rumen pro⁃pionate level in the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Added 2%EDTA complexing agent to the diet caused hypocalcemia in goats,feeding low DCAD diet was bene⁃ficial to the recovery of serum calcium level and the increase of calcium regulatory factor level without af⁃fecting the rumen fermentation.
