摘  要:基于已有外包钢板剪力墙研究成果,考虑钢板开孔形状、开孔尺寸、混凝土强度、钢板厚度等设计参数,连接件采用栓钉连接,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立新型双开孔钢板部分约束砼组合剪力墙板的力学模型,并对其进行了单调荷载受力机理的数值模拟,对比分析了各设计参数的影响规律。研究结果显示:开孔双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙充分发挥了钢板拉力场和混凝土压力场协同作用,其受力机理与外包钢板混凝土组合剪力墙相同,且开孔措施可显著改善混凝土耗能损伤进程;单调荷载作用下,混凝土强度、钢板厚度和钢板开孔大小等参数对初始抗侧刚度、屈服承载力和极限承载力影响明显;结合利用现有交叉斜杆模型理论,提出了未考虑轴压力作用时开圆孔双钢板剪力墙斜截面受剪承载力计算方法,且计算结果与模型模拟吻合较好。相关研究成果为后续研究和工程应用提供了理论参考。Based on the existing research results of double steel plate-concrete composite shear wall,the design parameters as steel plate opening layout,opening shape,opening size,concrete strength and thickness of steel plate are considered,connecting pieces are connected by studs the commercial,finite element software ABAQUS is utilized to establish the mechanical analysis model of innovative type of double perforated steel plate-concrete composite shear wall and numerically simulate under monotonic load,the effects of various design parameters are analyzed and compared.The research results show that: under monotonic load,the double perforated steel plateconcrete composite shear wall fully achieve coordination between diagonal compression field action of concrete wall and diagonal tension field action of steel plate wall to resist shear. Its mechanism is similar as the mechanism of the out-of-plane concrete composite shear wall,and the opening measures can significantly improve the energy dissipation damage process of the concrete;the double perforated steel plate-concrete composite shear wall has significant effects on the initial lateral stiffness,yield capacity and ultimate bearing capacity about parameters such as concrete strength,thickness of steel plate and opening size of steel plate;combining the existing cross-inclined bar model theory,it proposes the calculation method of the shear capacity of the inclined section for the double perforated steel plate-concrete composite shear wall under the axial pressure,and the calculation results are in good agreement with the model simulation. Related research results provide theoretical reference for further research and engineering applications.
