摘 要:通过碳纤维布及玄武岩纤维布加固混凝土圆形短柱轴压性能对比试验,研究纤维布层数对加固后混凝土圆柱轴压性能的影响。结果表明:在纤维布环向包裹约束作用下,混凝土圆柱抗压强度和变形能力明显提升,但刚度提高不明显;混凝土圆柱加固效果随纤维布层数增加而提高,相同加固层数,CFRP加固效果明显优于BFRP,且一层CFRP加固效果与三层BFRP相似;实际工程中可通过提高纤维布抗拉强度、厚度和层数增加纤维布约束能力,进而提高约束混凝土抗压强度。Based on the comparative test on circular concrete columns confined by carbon fiber reinforced polymer( CFRP) and basalt fiber reinforced polymer( BFRP) under axial compression,the effect of the number of layers of FRP on the axial compressive performance of circular concrete columns is analyzed. The results indicate that the compressive strength and deformation capacity of concrete circular columns confined by circumferential FRP are dramatically improved,while the increase of rigidity is not significant.The reinforcement effect of concrete columns increases with the number of layers of FRP. The reinforcement effect of CFRP is remarkably better than BFRP with the same FRP layers. The improvement of one layer of CFRP is similar with the use of three layers of BFRP. In practical engineering,the restraining ability of FRP can be improved by the increase of the tensile strength,thickness and number of layers of FRP,leading to improve the compressive strength of concrete.
