摘  要:利用热重-差示扫描量热法(TG-DSC)对薄型、超薄型各3个型号未知配方的防火涂料进行分析,薄型涂料水分及挥发性溶剂较超薄型涂料少。残留质量能够反映稳定性,薄1型、薄3型残留质量显著大于其他4个型号的涂料,因此稳定性更优。薄型、超薄型涂料所含季戊四醇、聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺的含量均有所差异。研究表明,TG-DSC通过分析防火涂料随温度的质量变化、热效应变化,能够初步定性分析防火涂料成分,评价不同型号防火涂料成分差异。Thermogravimetry Analysis(TG) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) were used to study six unknown fireproof coatings including three thin coatings and three ultra-thin coatings. The results showed that the content of water and violation solvent in thin coatings was lower than ultra-thin coatings. Residue mass of two types of thin coatings(No.1 and No.3) was higher than the other four types, meaning that these two thin coatings were more stable than other ones as residue mass could reflex the stability of coatings. There were distinguished differences of the content of PE,APP,MEL in thin coatings and ultra-thin coatings. It showed that TG-DSC could analyze and evaluate the composition difference by studying the mass change and thermal effect of fireproof coatings.
