摘 要:海上X油田原油析蜡点较高,生产过程中井筒会出现结蜡现象,为指导油田开发前期研究方案设计,设计了一套结蜡量动态实验装置对原油在不同温度、不同流速下的结蜡量进行研究。结果表明:在初始结蜡点以下,同一流速条件下结蜡管结蜡量随流体温度降低而增加;驱替过程中结蜡量受流速影响较大,同一温度下结蜡管结蜡量随流速降低而增加;通过预测实际油管结蜡厚度判断长时间生产会堵塞油管影响原油举升。建议在前期设计时应以初始析蜡点作为设计依据进行防蜡设计,在实际生产过程中尽可能提高原油产量,生产中需要加强析蜡点监测,随时调整和加强防蜡措施。Offshore X oilfield crude oil has a relatively high wax precipitation point, and wax deposition will occur in the wellbore during production. In order to guide the design of the ODP plan, a set of dynamic wax deposition experimental device was designed to measure the wax deposition volume of crude oil at different temperature and different flow rate. The research results showed that,below the initial wax deposition point, the wax deposition volume increased with the decrease of fluid temperature under the same flow rate. The wax deposition volume was greatly affected by the flow velocity during the displacement process, and the wax deposition volume increased with the decrease of flow rate at the same temperature. By predicting the actual oil pipe wax thickness, it’s pointed that the oil tube will be blocked and the crude oil lift will be affected during long-term production. It is suggested that the initial wax precipitation point should be used as the design basis for wax prevention design in the preliminary design, and the crude oil production should be increased as much as possible in the actual production process. The wax precipitation point monitoring should be strengthened during production, and wax prevention measures should be adjusted and strengthened at any time.
