摘  要:为提高英东油田注水开发的效率,研制了一种新型聚合物微球调剖堵水剂XWQ-C,室内评价了其膨胀性能和调剖效果。结果表明:新型聚合物微球XWQ-C具有良好的膨胀性能,随着温度和pH值的升高,膨胀倍数逐渐增大;随着矿化度的升高,膨胀倍数逐渐减小,当溶液矿化度达到80 000 mg·L^(-1)的时候,聚合物微球的膨胀倍数仍可以达到30倍以上。新型聚合物微球XWQ-C具有良好的调剖效果,当其注入质量浓度为2 000 mg·L^(-1)、注入PV数为0.5时,对渗透率为30 mD左右的岩心封堵率可以达到99%以上,而对渗透率为1 000 mD左右的岩心封堵率也可以达到85%以上,能够起到良好的调整吸水剖面的效果。现场应用结果表明,英东油田注水井采取新型聚合物微球调剖措施后,注入压力明显升高,低渗层吸水量明显增大,对应油井含水率下降,起到了良好的控水增油效果。In order to improve the efficiency of water-flooding development in Yingdong oilfield,a new polymer microsphere profile control and water shutoff agent XWQ-C was developed.Its expansion performance and profile control effect were evaluated in laboratory.The results showed that the new polymer microspheres XWQ-C had good expansion performance.With the increase of temperature and pH value,the expansion ratio increased gradually,and with the increase of salinity,the expansion ratio decreased gradually.When the salinity of solution reached80 000 mg·L^(-1),the expansion ratio of polymer microspheres could still be more than 30 times.The new polymer microsphere XWQ-C had good profile control effect.When the injection mass concentration was 2 000 mg·L^(-1)and the injected PV number was 0.5,the plugging rate of core with the permeability of about 30 mD was more than 99%,and that of core with the permeability of 1000 mD was also more than 85%,which could play a good role in adjusting water injection profile.The field application results showed that after the new polymer microsphere profile control measures were adopted in the water injection wells of Yingdong oilfield,the injection pressure obviously increased,the water absorption of low permeability layer obviously increased,and the water cut of corresponding oil wells decreased,which played a good role in controlling water and increasing oil production.
