摘 要:文章基于Simufact FormingGP有限元软件,对Ck67弹簧钢球笼式等速万向节钟形罩的热精密模锻过程进行建模分析,重点针对钟形罩结构复杂的内部成形过程进行仿真,得到锻压力参数变化以及锻压温度场、等效应力、等效应变的分布规律。研究结果表明:热精密模锻工序各项参数值逐步上升,无突变现象;墩粗压头工序所受锻压力最大,且等效应力主要集中在过渡圆表面;反向挤压工序钟形罩与钢球接触槽面顶端等效应变的变化明显。该研究成果可为钟形罩热精密模锻成型工艺的改进及优化提供一定的参考,也可为后续锻坯预热工艺的深入研究提供依据。Based on Simufact FormingGP finite element software,the hot precision forging process of outer race of ball-cage type constant velocity universal joint with spring steel Ck67 was modeled and analyzed.This research draws attention to the simulation on the complex internal structure of the outer race.The variations of forging pressure parameters and the distribution of forging temperature field,equivalent stress and equivalent strain during the forming process were obtained.The results show that in the process of hot precision forging the value of forging parameters increases gradually without sudden change.The maximum forging pressure is in the upsetting extrusion,and the equivalent stress is concentrated on the transitional circular surface.There is an obvious change of equivalent strain on the top of the contact surfaces between outer race and steel ball in the backward extrusion.The research results provide a reference for the improvement and optimization of hot precision forging process of outer race of ball-cage type constant velocity universal joint,and also provide a basis for the subsequent research of forging preheating process.
