摘　　要：目的探讨核因子-κB(NF-κB)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在复发性流产患者中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月郑州大学第一附属医院产科收治的95例复发性流产患者为复发性流产组,年龄(29.24±3.15)岁,年龄范围为22~35岁;90例正常早孕选择人工流产的女性为早孕组,年龄(28.85±3.07)岁,年龄范围为24~33岁;90名健康未孕女性为未孕组,年龄(28.77±3.11)岁,年龄范围为23~36岁。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测三组纳入者血清NF-κB、IL-17及IL-6水平,并分析三者间的相关性,通过受试者工作特征曲线分析血清NF-κB、IL-17及IL-6对复发性流产的诊断价值。结果复发性流产组NF-κB[(433.12±285.90)ng/L]、IL-17[(42.85±9.35)ng/L]及IL-6[(21.53±8.11)ng/L]水平均高于早孕组[(188.60±123.95)ng/L、(28.63±8.55)ng/L、(12.60±6.64)ng/L]和未孕组[(160.28±102.55)ng/L、(26.48±9.17)ng/L、(11.20±5.78)ng/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关性分析显示,NF-κB、IL-17与IL-6之间相互存在正相关性;通过受试者工作特征曲线研究NF-κB、IL-17和IL-6对复发性流产的诊断价值,发现三者联合指标对复发性流产具有较高的诊断价值。结论复发性流产患者血清NF-κB、IL-17及IL-6水平呈高表达状态,提示血清NF-κB、IL-17及IL-6水平升高与复发性流产的发生相关。Objective To explore the expression and the clinical significance of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in patients with recurrent miscarriage.Methods A total of 95 patients with recurrent abortion treated in the obstetrics department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the recurrent abortion group,aged(29.24±3.15)years,ranging from 22 to 35 years;90 cases of normal early pregnancy were selected as the early pregnancy group,with an age of(28.85±3.07)years,ranging from 24 to 33 years;The age of 90 healthy non pregnant women was(28.77±3.11)years,ranging from 23 to 36 years.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of serum NF-κB,IL-17 and IL-6 in the three groups of subjects,and their correlation was analyzed.The diagnostic value of serum NF-κB,IL-17 and IL-6 in recurrent miscarriage was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve.Results The levels of NF-κB[(433.12±285.90)ng/L],IL-17[(42.85±9.35)ng/L]and IL-6[(21.53±8.11)ng/L]in recurrent miscarriage group were significantly higher than those in early pregnancy group[(188.60±123.95)ng/L、(28.63±8.55)ng/L、(12.60±6.64)ng/L]and non-pregnancy group[(160.28±102.55)ng/L、(26.48±9.17)ng/L、(11.20±5.78)ng/L],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Spearman correlation analysis showed that NF-κB,IL-17 and IL-6 were positively correlated with each other,and the diagnostic value of NF-κB,IL-17 and IL-6 for recurrent miscarriage was studied by the working characteristic curve of subjects,it was found that the combined index had a high diagnostic value for recurrent miscarriage.Conclusion The high expression of NF-κB,IL-17 and IL-6 in patients with recurrent miscarriage suggests that the elevated levels of NF-κB,IL-17 and IL-6 are associated with the development of recurrent miscarriage.
