摘 要:由于单级平行轴轮系齿间系统的时变啮合刚度、齿面摩擦和稳态传动误差非线性因素的存在,导致其动态特性研究结果不能准确反映系统的真实力学行为。为了解决此问题,笔者根据键合图建模原理,总结出键合图法与平行轴轮系的等效建模规则,然后根据单级平行轴轮系齿间系统的啮合理论,采用键合图法建立了齿间系统的时变啮合刚度、齿面摩擦和稳态传动误差3种非线性因素的键合图模型。在此基础上,采用键合图法建立了单级平行轴轮系的非线性动力学模型。采用数值仿真法,得出了单级平行轴轮系的极点-零点图、博德图、尼柯尔斯图和尼奎斯特图4个动态指标和特性规律。研究结果表明,单级平行轴轮系在非线性状态下,其系统具有较好的动态稳定性。Due to the existence of nonlinear factors such as time-varying meshing stiffness,tooth surface friction and steady-state transmission error of the intertooth system of the single-stage parallel shaft gear train,the research results of dynamic characteristics are incapable of accurately reflecting the real mechanical behavior of the gear train.In order to solve the problem,the paper summarized the equivalent modeling rules of the bond graph method and the parallel shaft gear train according to the bond graph modeling principle,and applied the bond graph method to establish the bond graph model of three nonlinear factors of the intertooth system involving time-varying meshing stiffness,tooth surface friction and steady-state transmission error based on the meshing theory of intertooth system of the single-stage parallel shaft gear train.On this basis,the nonlinear dynamic model of the single-stage parallel shaft gear train was established by the bond graph method.Moreover,numerical simulation method was applied to achieve four dynamic indexes and characteristic rules of pole-zero diagram,bode diagram,Nichols diagram and Nyquist diagram of the single-stage parallel shaft gear train.The research results showed the single-stage parallel shaft gear train was of respectable dynamic stability in nonlinear state.
