摘  要:采用了模拟切削、落锤冲击和模拟钎焊的方法对不同脱钴深度的PDC耐磨性、抗冲击韧性和耐热性进行了测试分析,结果表明脱钴PDC相较于未脱钴PDC具有较好的耐磨性和耐热性,随着脱钴深度的增加PDC的耐磨性和耐热性呈上升趋势;脱钴PDC抗冲击韧性相较于未脱钴PDC有所降低,随着脱钴深度的增加PDC的抗冲击韧性呈下降趋势。钻井试验表明,脱钴PDC钻头相较于未脱钴PDC钻头具有较好的钻井效果,脱钴层越深效果越显著。The simulated cutting,drop hammer impact and simulated brazing are used to test the wear resistance,impact resistance and heat resistance of the PDC with different decobaltizationdepths.The result shows thatthe decobaltized PDC has a better wear resistance and heat resistance than the undecobaltized PDC.With the increase of the depth of decobaltization,the wear resistance and heat resistance of PDC are in the rising trend,the impact toughness of decobaltized PDC is lower than that of undecobaltized PDC.As the depth of decobaltization increases,the impact toughness of PDC shows a downward trend.Drilling experiment shows that thedecobaltized PDC bit has a better drilling effect than the uncobaltized PDC bit,and the deeper the decobaltized layer is,and the effect is more significant.
