摘　　要：任何制度都是价值承载实现的载体与机制,任何价值都是制度改革创新的内容与引领。新时代中国特色现代大学制度改革必然蕴含一种价值机理的崭新构建。立足价值哲学与制度价值论视角,紧扣新时代中国特色现代大学制度改革的价值失范与冲突问题,系统阐释涵盖关系范畴、结构形态、矛盾运动、运行过程和实现路径等维度的新时代中国特色现代大学制度价值机理,全面揭示新时代中国特色现代大学制度价值的本质、功能、表征、范式和规律。Any institution is the carrier and mechanism of the value bearing implementation.And any value is the content and the leading of the constitution reform and innovation.The reform of modern university institution with Chinese characteristics for the new era necessarily implies the recent interpretation of the value incentive.It is essential to interpret the value mechanism of the modern university institution with Chinese characteristics systematically containing category of relation,structural forms,paradoxical movements,movement processes,realization path and other dimension based on the perspective of the philosophy of value and institution value theory,focusing on the issues of value anomies and conflicts among the modern university institution with Chinese characteristics for the new era and to reveal the well-rounded essence,function,representation,paradigm and regularity of the modern university constitution with Chinese characteristics for the new era.
