摘  要:为估算自卸汽车车架的疲劳寿命,本文在自建的考察自卸汽车可靠性的试验场地进行了车架关键点位的应变测试试验,得到了车架关键点位的动应力。通过对车架关键点位的动应力进行雨流计数法统计分析,获得自卸汽车车架关键测点位置的应力谱,结合雨流计数分析得到的应力谱结果,采用DASP专业数据分析软件对车架进行了疲劳寿命估算,结果表明,该自卸汽车车架的最小疲劳寿命的里程约为536700 km,车架结构满足使用要求。该研究为结构改进以提高车架的使用寿命提供参考依据。In order to estimate the fatigue life of the dump truck frame,this paper conducts a strain test at the key points of the frame in a self-built test site to investigate the reliability of the dump truck,and obtains the dynamic stress at the key points of the frame.Through the rain-flow counting method,the dynamic stress of the key points of the truck frame is analyzed,and the stress spectrum of the key measuring points of the dump truck frame is obtained.Combined with the stress spectrum results obtained by rain-flow counting analysis,the fatigue life of the frame is estimated using DASP professional data analysis software.The results show that the minimum fatigue life mileage of the dump truck frame is about 536,700 kilometers.The frame structure meets the requirements for use.The research results provide a reference for structural improvement to increase the service life of the frame.
