康爱保生丸联合HAART治疗404例ⅡB期艾滋病患者:随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察康爱保生丸联合HAART治疗ⅡB期HIV/AIDS的临床疗效。方法选取535例ⅡB期HIV/AIDS病例,随机数字表法分为试验组(423例)和对照组(112例)。对照组采用HAART治疗,试验组在HAART治疗基础上加用康爱保生丸口服,治疗24个月。评价2组的临床症状、体征评分、疾病进展情况,比较两组CD4+T细胞计数及HIV病毒载量水平。结果最终512例患者完成试验,试验组404例,对照组108例。与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后6、12、18、24个月中医症状体征积分均降低(P<0.05),试验组CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞数水平升高(P<0.01),对照组治疗后12个月及试验组治疗后12、24个月后病毒HIV-RNA载量降低(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,治疗后6、12、18、24个月,试验组中医症状体征积分更低,CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞数水平更高(P<0.01),治疗后12、24个月时病毒HIV-RNA载量更低(P<0.01)。与本组治疗前比较,试验组治疗后总分、身体、情志及其他情况积分下降,对照组总分下降(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,试验组治疗后总分、身体、情志、能力及其他情况降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。试验组进入Ⅲ期时间较对照组延迟1.715个月(P<0.01)。结论康爱保生丸联合HAART治疗AIDS有一定疗效,可延缓艾滋病病程进展。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kangai Baosheng Pills(KABSP)combined with highly active anti-retroviral therapy(HAART)in the treatment of stageⅡB HIV/AIDS patients.Methods A total of 535 HIV/AIDS patients with stageⅡB HIV/AIDS were selected and assigned to treatment group(423 cases)and control group(112 cases).The control group was received HAART treatment,and the treatment group was received KABSP and HAART treatment.The course was 24 months.The scores of Chinese medicine(CM)symptoms and disease progression of the two groups were evaluated,and the CD4^(+)T cell count and HIVRNA viral load levels were compared between the two groups.Result Totally 512 patients completed the trial,including 404 cases in the treatment group and 108 in the control group.Compared with before treatment,the scores of CM symptoms and signs in both groups decreased after 6,12,18 and 24 months treatment(P<0.05),and the number of CD4^(+)T lymphocytes in treatment groups increased(P<0.01).The HIV-RNA load of the control group after 12 months treatment and the treatment group after 12 and 24 months treatment decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,after 6,12,18 and 24 months treatment,the scores of CM symptoms in the treatment group were lower,the number of CD4^(+)T lymphocytes was higher(P<0.01),and also the HIV-RNA load was lower after 12 and 24 months treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the group before treatment,the total score,physical,emotional and other conditions of the treatment group and the total score of the control group decreased after treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the total score and the score of body,emotion,ability and other conditions decreased in treatment group after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).The time of treatment group patients entering stageⅢwas 1.715 months later than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion KABSP combined with HAART is effective in the treatment of AIDS and could delay the progression of AIDS.
