摘　　要：一般情况下吸脂手术是安全的美容手术,但也可能引发凶险甚至致死性并发症。该文基于文献回顾梳理了吸脂手术引发严重并发症的原因、诊断、危险因素等相关知识,并结合个人经验对其预防和治疗措施进行了阐述。Liposuction is generally a safe aesthetic procedure,but it can lead to dangerous and even fatal complications.Based on the literature review,this article reviewed the causes,diagnosis,risk factors and other relevant knowledge of serious complications caused by liposuction,and expounded the prevention and treatment measures combined with personal experience.
