摘  要:脱细胞脂肪组织水凝胶具有良好的生物相容性,支持细胞的附着和增殖,被广泛应用于脂肪组织工程中,并逐渐成为再生医学的研究热点。但其存在力学性能较差,缺乏可调性等缺点。研究者们将脱细胞脂肪组织与其他生物材料混合,制成了具有更好的力学和生物性能的复合水凝胶,改善了单纯水凝胶的机械性能、降解性能和诱导成脂性。该文对复合脱细胞脂肪组织水凝胶的类型、制作过程、临床应用进行综述,旨在为选择合适的复合水凝胶提供参考。Decellularized adipose tissue hydrogels have good biocompatibility and support the attachment and proliferation of cells.They have been widely used in adipose tissue engineering and have gradually become the research focus of regenerative medicine.However it has some disadvantages such as poor mechanical properties and lack of adjustability.Researchers mixed decellularized adipose tissue with other biomaterials to produce composite hydrogels with better mechanical and biological properties,which improved the mechanical properties,degradation properties,and lipogenesis induction of pure hydrogels.In this paper,the types,the preparation process,and clinical application of decellularized adipose tissue composite hydrogels were reviewed to provide a reference for selecting appropriate composite hydrogels.
