摘  要:针对城市快递各自配送模式产生的末端配送问题,构建快递末端配送系统动力学模型,以北京市通州区为例,探究实施快递末端共同配送模式带来的效益。研究发现,相比各自配送模式,通过统一规划配送路径,实施共同配送模式,将车辆满载率分别提高至80%、90%、100%,平均运距增加至6km、8km后,能够使末端快递配送车辆出行总量下降76%-81%,城市货运交通拥挤度下降36%-49%,配送成本降低11%-40%,能源消耗、碳排放降低11%-40%,表明共同配送模式比各自配送模式在治理末端配送难题、降本增效方面具有一定的优势。因此,要提高快递末端配送效率,政府应该加大对现有物流配送中心的改造,在新城规划时统一规划土地建立物流园区及末端共同配送网点,完善共同配送节点规划布局。In view of the terminal distribution problems caused by the respective distribution modes of urban express delivery,this paper constructs a dynamic model of the terminal distribution system of express delivery,and takes Tongzhou District of Beijing as an example to simulate and calculate the benefits brought by the implementation of the joint distribution mode of express delivery terminal.The results show that,compared with the respective distribution modes,through the overall planning of distribution routes and the implementation of the joint distribution mode,the full load rate of vehicles will be increased to 80%,90%and 100%respectively,and the average transportation distance will be increased to 6km and 8km.Consequently,the total travel volume of terminal express delivery vehicles will be reduced by 76%-81%,the urban freight traffic congestion by 36%-49%,the distribution cost by 11%-40%,and the energy consumption and carbon emission by 11%-40%,showing that the joint distribution mode has certain advantages over the respective distribution mode in solving the terminal distribution problems,reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of express terminal distribution,the government should increase the transformation of the existing logistics distribution center,have an overall planning of land-use when establishing a new city,establish logistics park and terminal joint distribution network,and improve the planning and layout of joint distribution nodes.
