摘  要:钢铁行业副产煤气中富含CO和H_(2),主要用于发电,利用效率低。副产煤气在能源化工行业的高效利用成为关注焦点,合成气制乙醇技术为钢铁行业副产煤气转化生产燃料乙醇提供了新契机。文章通过七个方案的经济性分析,说明了钢铁行业副产煤气用于生产无水乙醇是可行的,为钢铁行业转化利用副产煤气生产无水乙醇提出了指导性意见。Steel industry by-product gases have a large content of CO and H_(2) which are mainly used to generate electricity with low efficiency.By-product gases being used to produce chemicals with higher efficiency is the focus of attention.Synthesis gas to produce absolute ethanol technology provide a new opportunity for steel industry by-product gases conversion.The article analysis economic of by-product gases to produce absolute ethanol through seven cases,and the conclusion is acceptable.Guiding opinions are also given.
