摘　　要：提高转炉蒸汽回收利用效率对实现转炉“负能炼钢”具有重要意义。目前,多数转炉钢厂将转炉冶炼回收的蒸汽用于真空精炼设备。文章介绍了某厂200 t转炉蒸汽调质装置的设计依据和安全应用情况。蒸汽调质装置安全高效运行,满足了VD炉真空精炼用蒸汽工艺参数需求,实现转炉蒸汽零排放,取得良好的经济效益。It is of great significance to improve the recovery efficiency of converter steam for the stable realization of converter“negative energy steelmaking”.At present,the steam recovered from converter smelting is used in vacuum refining equipment in most converter steel plants.The paper introduces the design basis and safety application of a 200 t converter steam quality adjustment device in a plant.The steam quality adjustment device operates safely and efficiently,which meets the requirements of steam process parameters for vacuum refining of VD furnace,realizes zero emission of converter steam,and achieves good economic benefits.
