摘  要:针对某厂300 MW亚临界机组高中压转子在运行过程中出现振动波动问题,通过对高中压转子的频谱及相关运行参数与振动对应关系进行分析,判断高中压转子发生裂纹故障。揭缸检查发现高中压转子应力释放槽位置有4/5圈的裂纹。及时停机,避免了断轴事故的发生,这对今后类似裂纹故障的诊断具有一定的参考意义。For the vibration that the vibration value of HIP rotor in a 300 MW subcritical unit increases gradually in the running process, through analyzing the relationship between of the frequency spectrum data and the run data with the vibration, it is concluded that there is an crack in the HIP rotor. It is found that there are cracks in the stress release groove in front of the first pressure stage of high pressure rotor. The unit was stop and it avoid the safety accident of the section shaft destruction machine, it has certain reference significance for the diagnosis of similar crack faults in the future.
