摘 要:火电机组在正常运行和启停机过程中,汽动给水泵组经常出现润滑油中存在含水量大的情况,造成润滑油品质下降,严重影响汽动给水泵的正常运行,易造成给水泵跳闸甚至设备损坏,从而影响火电机组安全稳定运行。从设备结构及运行方式上分析了润滑油中带水原因,分析了导致润滑油中带水的主要因素,并以某火电机组为对象,给出了分析方法,提出了改进措施,确保汽轮发电机组长期安全经济运行,为解决类似问题提供了参考。In the process of normal operation and start-up and shut-down of thermal power units, the water content in the lube oil of the steam turbine-driven feed-water pump is often high, which causes the quality of the lube oil to decline, seriously affects the normal operation of the pump, and easily causes the pump trip or even equipment damage, thus affecting the safe and stable operation of units. The causes of water in lube oil from the aspects of equipment structure and operation mode is analyzed, and analyzes the main factors leading to water in lube oil. Taking an unit as the object, the analysis method is given and puts forward improvement measures, so as to ensure the long-term safe and economic operation of steam turbine generator unit, which provides a reference for solving similar problems.
