老年肱骨近端骨折(Neer一部分)早期系统性康复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:总结老年肱骨近端骨折(Neer—部分)早期系统性康复的疗效。方法:选取95例肱骨近端骨折患者,Neer分型均为一部分骨折,按随机数字表法分为观察组48例和对照组47例,观察组予系统性康复配合硬纸夹板外固定,对照组予硬纸夹板外固定,疗程12周后,通过Neer肩关节评分量表,对2组进行评分,观察症状体征的改善情况,评定肩关节功能恢复,并统计临床疗效。结果:2组患者在Neer肩关节功能评分表中疼痛、功能、活动范围、解剖各方面进行量化比较,疼痛和解剖方面2组差异无统计学意义(P值分别为0.978、0.580);而功能和活动范围方面2组评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),观察组评分更高;比较2组Neer肩关节评分的总分,发现2组差异有统计学意义,观察组评分更高。结论:早期系统性康复对缓解老年肱骨近端骨折患者的肩关节粘连、改善肩关节功能疗效显著。Objective;To summarize the efficacy of early systematic rehabilitation of proximal humerus fractures(Neer 1 pat)in theelderly.Methods:Choose 95 cases of patients with humerus fractures,Neer,pating are 1 part,acconding to random rnumber table metbod is divided into experimental group(48 cases) and control group(47 cases),patienls with systemic rehabilitation wih stil paper splintexternal fixation,the control to the still paper splint external fixation,12weeks alter trealment,by Neer shoulder joint rating scale,to scoreof two groups,observation of symploms and signs of improvement,to evaluate the shoulder joint function recovery,and elinical curativeeleet of statisties.Results:The pain,function,range of motion and anatomical aspecls of the Neer.Shoulder function scale were quantilatively compared between the two groups,and the differences in pain and analomy were staistically significant(P value was 0.978,0.580 respectively).In terms of function and activity range,the difference between the two groups was statistically sigmrificant(P<0.001),and the test group had a higher score.Comparing the total score of Neer shoulder joinl score between the two groups,it was found that thedifference between the two groups was statistically significant,and the score of the experimental group was higher.Conclusion:Early systemic rehabiliation is effective in relieving shouider adhesion and improving shoulder function in elderly patients with proximal humerusfractures.
