摘  要:N6-甲基腺苷(N6-methyladenosine,m^(6)A)与肿瘤的产生和发展密切相关,在恶性肿瘤中具有癌基因和癌旁基因的作用.甲基化转移酶、去甲基化酶和甲基化阅读蛋白调控转录本m^(6)A的修饰.提取与m^(6)A甲基化相关的21个调节因子在肝和肝内胆管中的表达水平数据,并对表达水平在正常组织和肿瘤组中进行差异分析和相关分析,发现大部分因子的表达水平在肿瘤组显著上调.依据表达水平数据对肿瘤进行分型,发现分型结果与肝癌的恶化程度密切相关.研究结果表明,绝大部分m^(6)A甲基化调节因子的表达水平对肝癌有显著影响.N6-methyladenosine(N6-methyladenosine,m^(6)A)is closely related to the generation and development of tumors.It has the role of oncogene and para-cancerous genes in malignant tumors.Methyltransferase,demethylase and methyl Modification of the transcript m^(6)A is regulated by the chemoreading protein.The expression levels of 21 regulatory factors related to m^(6)A methylation in the liver and intrahepatic bile ducts are extracted,and the difference and correlation analysis are conducted between the normal group and the tumor group.It is found that the expression levels of most genes are significantly up-regulated in the tumor group.On the basis of expression levels for tumor classification,classification results are closely associated with the degree of deterioration of liver cancer.The results show that the expression levels of most m^(6)A methylation regulators have significant impact on liver cancer.
