摘　　要：目的探讨血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、β-绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)与胎膜早破之间的关系。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月就诊于医院胎膜早破的患者30例作为观察组,自然临产35例作为对照组。比较2组血清中TNF-α、IL-10与β-HCG水平并分析其相关性。结果通过一般资料的比较,2组患者的年龄、BMI、分娩胎次等方面比较,差异无统计学意义,2组具有可比性。观察组血清TNF-α、β-HCG水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-10水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清TNF-α与IL-10水平显著负相关(P<0.05);血清β-HCG与TNF-α、IL-10水平显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清TNF-α、IL-10、β-HCG水平具有一定的相关性,能够预测胎膜早破的发生。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),β-chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and premature rupture of membranes.Methods Thirty patients with premature rupture of membranes admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 35 patients with spontaneous labor were selected as the control group.The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-10 andβ-HCG in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Through the comparison of general data,there was no difference in age,BMI,birth and fetal inferiority between the two groups,and the two groups were comparable.The serum TNF-αandβ-HCG levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum IL-10 level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum TNF-αand IL-10 levels in the observation group were significantly negatively correlated(P<0.05).Serumβ-HCG-HCG was positively correlated with TNF-αand IL-10 levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of TNF-α,IL-10 andβ-HCG are correlated to a certain extent,which can predict the occurrence of premature rupture of membranes.
