中西医针药结合对痰湿阻滞型精神分裂症患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医针药结合治疗方案(DALI)对痰湿阻滞型精神分裂症患者的治疗效果。方法痰湿阻滞型精神分裂症患者81例,随机均分为对照组(n=40,常规西医治疗)和DALI组[n=41,DALI方案(常规西医治疗+针灸治疗)],治疗3个月;比较2组患者治疗前(M0)和治疗后第3个月(M3)时阳性及阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分和症候群积分,比较患者M0、治疗后第1个月(M1)、第2个月(M2)及M3时血清甘油三酯(TG)、体质量、腰围(WC)、臀围(HC)及身高、体质量指数(BMI)和腰臀比(WHR)。结果DALI组患者M3时PANSS总分、阴性症状、阳性症状、一般病理症状、反应缺乏症状群、偏执症状群及抑郁症状群分值较对照组均下降(P<0.05);DALI组患者M1、M2、M3时血清TG、体质量、WC及WHR均较对照组降低(P<0.05),M2、M3时BMI较对照组下降(P<0.05)。结论与常规西医治疗方案相比,DALI对痰湿阻滞型精神分裂症患者的治疗效果更好。Objective To investigate curative effect of drug,acupuncture,and lifestyle intervention(DALI)on patients with phlegm dampness block schizophrenia.Methods Eighty-one patients with phlegm dampness blocking schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group(n=40,conventional western medicine treatment)and DALI group[n=41,DALI treatment(conventional western medicine treatment+acupuncture treatment)]for 3 months.The scores of positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)and syndrome scores before treatment(M0)and 3 months after treatment(M3)were compared between both groups:serum triglyceride(TG),body mass,waist circumference(WC),hip circumference(HC),height,body mass index(BMI),and waist hip ratio(WHR)were compared at M0,1 month(M1),2 months(M2),and 3 months after treatment.Results The total scores of PANSS,negative symptoms,positive symptoms,general pathological symptoms,reaction deficiency symptoms,paranoid symptoms,and depression in DALI group at M3 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group at the same time point,the serum TG,BMI,WC,and WHR in DALI group decreased at M1,M2,and M3(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional western medicine treatment,DALI shows better curative effect on patients with phlegm dampness block schizophrenia.
