摘　　要：异化劳动理论是马克思早期经典文本《1844年经济学哲学手稿》的重要内容和核心观点。对国民经济学抽象本质的批判性考察,对黑格尔辩证异化思想和费尔巴哈人本主义思想的批判性继承,是马克思异化劳动理论的生成逻辑。马克思具体阐述了资本主义私有制下异化劳动的四重规定,即劳动者与劳动产品、与劳动活动、与人的类本质以及人与人之间关系的全面异化。在此基础上,马克思深刻指出共产主义是扬弃异化劳动、实现人的解放的必然选择。全面理解和深入把握马克思异化劳动理论具有重要的现实意蕴,它是我们深刻认识当代资本主义社会发展的有力武器,并且对更好地坚持和贯彻以人民为中心的发展思想,满足人民美好生活需要,具有重要指导意义。The theory of alienated labor is the important content and core viewpoint of Marx’s early classic text Manuscript of Economics and Philosophy in 1844.The critical investigation of the abstract nature of national economics,the critical inheritance of Hegel’s dialectical alienation thought and Feuerbach’s humanistic thought,are the generation logic of Marx’s alienated labor theory.Marx elaborated the four-fold regulations of alienated labor under capitalist private ownership,which are the overall alienation of labor and products,labor activities,human nature,and the relationship between people.On that basis,Marx points out that communism is the inevitable way to treat alienated labor and realize human liberation.A comprehensive understanding and indepth grasp of Marx’s theory of alienated labor has important practical implications.It is a powerful weapon for us to better understand the development of contemporary capitalist society.And it has important guiding significance for better adhering to and implementing the people-centered development thinking and meeting the people’s needs for a better life.
