摘  要:高温气冷堆核燃料元件用石墨粉的粒度是制备核燃料球的重要指标,本文通过粒度不同检测方式:音频振动筛、机械振动筛、气流筛、激光粒度,对石墨粉进行测试。对数据结果进行统计学分析,通过过筛率和稳定性分析各种测试参数下的优劣,并研究了四种检测方式各自主要检测参数的选择。通过对石墨粉颗粒形貌扫描测试和比表面积测试,对四种测试方法进行验证,为石墨粉粒度测试提供指导。The particle size and its distribution was the key processing parameters in the production of nuclear fuel elements for high temperature nuclear reactors.In this paper,we used audio frequency vibration screening,vibration screening,airflow screening and laser granularity method to measure the particle size.The statistical analysis*combining with the stability analysis of the sieving rate,was used to guide the primary parameter specification of the four measurements.The particle morphology and the surface tomography were examined with the scanning electron microscope and the specific surface area was examined by BET.The four measuring methods,which were validated by SEM and BET,provide guidance for the particle size test of the graphite powder.
