摘 要:凝汽器母管内壁碳钢的有效保养是成膜胺保养的关键问题之一。本文利用低氧、恒温装置模拟凝汽器母管内壁的服役环境,利用接触角测量仪表征成膜样品疏水性,发现不同浓度十八胺溶液均可形成疏水性薄膜。利用动电位极化曲线、表面形貌观察和腐蚀失重测量等方式表征了十八胺浓度对其保养效果的影响规律,发现低浓度十八胺溶液可以促进碳钢局部腐蚀,高浓度十八胺溶液能够有效地抑制碳钢腐蚀。利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线能量散射谱初步探究了十八胺的保养机理,发现低浓度十八胺溶液在碳钢表面局部成膜,而高浓度十八胺溶液完整成膜。利用电化学阻抗谱研究了十八胺成膜时间对保养效果的影响规律,发现成膜时间超过8 h后,十八胺在碳钢表面稳定成膜。推荐十八胺应用于凝汽器母管内壁保养的最佳成膜浓度是20 mg/L、最佳成膜时间是8 h。Effective maintenance on the inner wall of condenser carbon steel drain pipe is one of the key challenges for film-forming amine.In this paper,low oxygen and constant temperature devices are used to simulate the service environment of the inner wall of condenser drain pipe,and contact angle meter is used to characterize the hydrophobicity of film formed samples.It is found that hydrophobic films can be formed on carbon steel samples in octadecylamine solutions with different concentrations.The influence of octadecylamine concentration on maintenance effectiveness was characterized by potentiodynamic polarization curve,surface morphology observation and corrosion weight loss measurement.It was found that low concentration of octadecylamine solution could promote local corrosion of carbon steel,while high concentration of octadecylamine solution could effectively inhibit corrosion of carbon steel.SEM and EDS were used to preliminarily explore the maintenance mechanism of octadecylamine.It was found that incomplete film was formed on the surface of carbon steel in the low-concentration octadecylamine solution,while a complete film was formed in the high-concentration octadecylamine solution.The influence of octadecylamine film forming time on maintenance effectiveness was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.It was found that a stable octadecylamine film was formed on carbon steel surface after time exceeded 8 hours.It is recommended that octadecylamine should be applied to the maintenance of the inner wall of condenser drain pipe with the optimal concentration at 20 mg/L and the optimal film forming time for 8 hours.
