摘 要:针对高能物理研究、激光测距等对时间测量具有高精度要求的领域,采用时间周期计数粗测和时间电压转换精测相结合的测量方法,设计了时间间隔测量系统,其主要由时间电压转换电路、脉冲生成电路等组成,利用对电压量的精准测量转化为高精度的时间量。对系统供电进行优化,同时满足低功耗和低噪声的需求;分析了环境和电路板自热造成温度变化时对测量过程带来的误差,提出利用自校准技术消除温度影响。该系统具有测量范围高达20 s,测量分辨率为0.2 ps的优点。For high energy physics research,laser ranging and other fields that have high-precision requirements for time measurement,a measurement method combining time period counting coarse measurement and time-to-voltage conversion fine measurement is used to design a time interval measurement system,which is mainly composed of time-to-voltage conversion circuit,pulse generation circuit and other components are used to accurately measure the voltage into a high-precision time.The power supply of the system is optimized to meet the needs of low power consumption and low noise.The error caused by the temperature change caused by the environment and the self-heating of the circuit board is analyzed,and the self-calibration technology is proposed to eliminate the temperature effect.The system has the advantages of measuring range up to 20 s and measuring resolution of 0.2 ps.
