摘　　要：猫肾脏移植手术是目前治疗猫慢性肾衰竭的重要方法之一。通过肾脏移植手术可以治疗患猫肾衰竭并且提高患猫的生活质量。大量临床实践表明,猫肾脏移植手术存在肾脏热缺血灌注使肾脏功能恢复延迟,血管、输尿管移植后阻塞或者出现并发症等问题。文章主要从减小肾脏在移植过程中的缺血损伤,新的血管、输尿管吻合技术以及免疫抑制治疗方面进行综述,以期为进一步完善猫肾脏移植手术提供理论基础。Cat kidney transplantation is one of important methods for treatment of chronic renal failur. Kidney transplantation can cure renal failure in cats and improve their quality of life. A large number of clinical practices have shown that cat kidney transplantation has problems such as delayed renal function recovery due to renal thermal ischemia, obstruction of blood vessels and ureters after transplantation or complications. In this chapter, The reduction of ischemic injury in renal transplantation was mainly reviewed, new vascular and ureteral anastomosis techniques, and immunosuppressive therapy, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further improvement of cat kidney transplantation.
