摘　　要：内燃机是将燃料燃烧的热能转化为动能的热力发动机,是工业机械生产、汽车制造等行业的主要配套设施。内燃机的内部构造十分复杂,根据燃料的不同可以分为汽油机和柴油机。内燃机主要包括曲轴连杆机构、配气机构、燃料供给系统、润滑系统、冷却系统、点火系统和起动系统,任何一个系统出现问题都会影响内燃机的正常使用,使其所应用的设备出现故障问题,影响内燃机的使用寿命。Internal combustion engine is a thermal engine that converts the heat energy of fuel combustion into kinetic energy.It is the main supporting facilities of industrial machinery production,automobile manufacturing and other industries.The internal structure of internal combustion engine is very complex.It can be divided into gasoline engine and diesel engine according to different fuels.Internal combustion engine mainly includes crankshaft connecting rod mechanism,valve distribution mechanism,fuel supply system,lubrication system,cooling system,ignition system and starting system.Any problem in any system will affect the normal use of internal combustion engine,make the equipment used fail,and affect the service life of internal combustion engine.
