摘　　要：以发动机厂机加生产线节拍优化和产能提升经验为例,从影响生产线产能的因素出发,对加工节拍的降低、机床OEE提高等方面进行了全面的分析,并给出了相应的措施。为降低成本,提高生产率提供了解决思路和方法。为同类工厂的机加产能优化提供了有效的参考。Taking the experience of optimization cycle time and capacity improvement of the mechanical process production line at the engine plant as an example,from the factors affecting the production line capacity,a comprehensive analysis of the reduction of machine cycle time and the improvement of machine OEE,and the corresponding measures are given.Solutions and methods are provided for cost reduction and productivity improvement.This provides an effective reference for the optimization of capacity mechanical process production line in similar factories.
