摘　　要：随着我国经济水平的高速发展,家庭经济实力也在大幅度的增长,而家用汽车的数量也随着不断的增长,所以人们对于汽车的安全性、舒适性以及设计性的要求也越来越高。而制动系统作为对汽车整个安全性、舒适性起着决定性作用的重要组成部分,所以是汽车生产制造企业必须采取高度重视一个环节。在传统的汽车制动系统制造过程中,往往选用的是液压制动系统,但是这种制动系统很容易产生一些制动问题,从而影响汽车的整体制动状态。With the rapid development of China's economic level,the economic strength of the family is also growing,and the number of family cars is also growing,so people for the safety of the car,comfort and design requirements are becoming higher and higher.The brake system plays a decisive role in the safety and comfort of the whole automobile,so it is an important part of the automobile manufacturing enterprises must take high attention to a link.In the traditional automobile braking system manufacturing process,often choose hydraulic braking system,but this braking system is easy to produce some braking problems,thus affecting the overall braking state of the car.
