摘　　要：我国智慧交通建设事业的迅速发展对新时代道路交通警务人才的培养提出了新要求。交通运输类一级学科下已新增智慧交通专业。智慧交通警务专业人才指具备从事智慧交通时代道路交通管理工作,及相关技术领域的设计、管理、应用、创新等工作的高素质复合型公安专门人才,应当具备公安道路执法勤务能力、道路交通工程技术能力和现代信息技术应用能力。为了达到这个培养目标,我们应重塑人才培养要求,构建科学的课程体系,强化实践教学和师资队伍建设。The rapid development of China's intelligent transport facilities has put forward new demands for traffic police talents in the new era.The specialty of intelligent transportation has been newly added to the first-level discipline of transportation.The professionals of intelligent traffic policing refer to highly competent and compound police talents who are capable of traffic management in the era of intelligent transportation,as well as designing,management,application,innovation of relevant technical work.They are also capable of law enforcement on road traffic,road engineering and modern information application.To achieve the objective of education,the talent cultivation system should be reshaped to formulate the scientific curriculum system and emphasize the practical teaching and teaching staff construction.
